Shipment documentation
Every consignment is accompanied by:
- Commercial Invoice & Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
- Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
- Certificate of Origin
- 16-section Safety Data Sheet + CLP-compliant labelling
Lead times
Typical lead times depend on product form, volume and destination port. We confirm exact production and vessel scheduling with every quotation.
Trial orders
New buyers are welcome to start with a trial container before committing to a regular supply programme. Samples are available on request.
Payment terms
Quotations are priced in GBP or USD and valid for 14 days. A pro-forma invoice is issued on acceptance, with terms agreed per order.
